Is surrogacy ethical?
The European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) regards surrogate motherhood as a morally acceptable method of treating infertility. Surrogate motherhood is allowed by the governing legislation of Ukraine, accepted by the Ministry of Ukrainian Health for legally married couples and is an acceptable practice in most of US American States. For many couples, surrogate motherhood is the only way to give birth to a genetically linked child. Utilizing a surrogate mother reproductive program is your personal decision. It is necessary to weigh all aspects of the program as well as your personal considerations to make the right decision for your family.
